A Fierce Competitor

Scraping the bottom of the Diane barrel, I am now ready to post the upcoming entry. But first I would like to spend a couple of minutes detailing the merits of our current top field reporter:
  1. She is remarkable photographer providing me with my most favorite yard art portrait of all time
  2. She plays with determination and ingenuity by inventing the baby stroller stealth technique
  3. She is the only field reporter who has a team Mom
  4. Even though she is a professional and it hurt her to the very fiber of her being, she submitted the following entry.
"I hope you are happy. You have forced me to submit my crappiest of pictures
i ♥ dolphins."

Actually, I am very happy. Thank you for asking.

Score
  • Tulip planter: 0 points (but I really like it, so I am mentioning it)
  • Waving boy: 1 point
  • Sign that probably says something really important and a dog hiding behind it: 2 points
  • Stork (?): 1 point
  • Girl with basket: 1 point
  • Pelican: 1 point
  • 2 leaping dolphins (thank you for the provided visual clue): 2 points
  • A head plaque (why, I don't know): 1 point
  • Knelling cherub: 1 point
  • Entry Lion: 1 point
Subtotal: 11 points

Creativity Bonus

While I am highly entertained by Diane's pain (the photo is not that bad, we've shown worse), the presentation is not all that exciting but I do like the dolphins: 1 point

Total: 12 points

Amazing

  1. Wow, that's some yard. I'd be lion if I said otherwise. Nice to see a dolphin in the picture. It gives the photo some porpoise. I wonder if the solar lamps work? Hey, I tried. I mean really, it's almost 2:30 A.M. here in England and I'm checking my eyelids for cracks lol

  2. I absolutely love dolphins, and Diane has swum (swam?) with them several times. And the dolphin/bubble ring video is fantastic.

And thanks for the mention -
    Team Mom

  3. A head PLAGUE... I might assume this is a typo meant to be head PLAQUE
except for the fact that most of the photos featured here do indeed induce head plague.

We must suffer for our art. Great picture. I am well past baby stroller pushing age, might try gnome in stroller. If folks stop me to look at
"baby ", I can always say he is the image of his dad.

  5. Kristi, I am known for my typos that come across a genius.

Diane, I would love to see dolphins making the bubble rings. I thought it was beautiful.
