"I SWEAR TO GOD I don't even want points I promise- this is just the saddest/redneckiest/funniest holiday sh*t I have seen so far!!! 1 minute from the beach of course!
**looks like the floodlight? (bottom left) is there for the full effect even at dark LMAO!!!"
Our first honest to goodness portable floodlight...please take a moment to enjoy the entire tableau
Yes the star is hung on the trailer and yes the angel is suspended by a 1 x 4 but the Nativity is sweet. Besides I love the Christmas poodle hanging out in the manger.I have some of these lighted houses: The Dickens series. So this one stung a bit. But then I don't have them outside in a box with cinder blocks pedestals for depth interest and covered in grandma's sheets.
I give this tree first place for best use of a tarp in a Christmas setting.
Everyone have a great Holiday. Stay safe, enjoy friends and family. Coming soon our annual award show. Hold onto your hats.

I love how the tarp is the clear blue sea...
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you Life's Highway!
I can't even think of something witty to say....be back after I have some more caffiene....all I keep saying is OMG and giggling....
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas All!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. jim and pat
ReplyDeleteI kinda liked the little manger scene. A point for the poodle, yes? They all have sweet little faces, a bit young for the portray though. Tufa Girl, you should have given more hearts, this one was a good and one of a kind find.
ReplyDeleteJester, Merry Christmas. I'm a little disappointed they did not work a wheel into the the Christmas production.
ReplyDeleteJim, thank you so much and you also.
GWGT, I kinda like the manger scene too, although it is one step away from dolls and you know I am not a fan of dolls.
Thanks for the heads up on Tufa... so she is stiffing me on hearts, huh. (Blotanical reference)
Sure, dolls like that movie, Chucky. I bet they all come to life at night and get Christmas evil in their eyes. Then they don't count as religious... points? Bet you can see I am pulling for everybody here, even the leader. Last minute points for the big win.
ReplyDeleteA most Holy display. I love a nautical Christmas, especially with a train! Where's Spongebob?
ReplyDeleteWell done Diane!
oh lord, I just read the Chucky reference and went from hysterical laughing to goosebumps and the threat of nightmares. uh dolls.
ReplyDeletep.s. Merry Christmas everybody!
After reading the blue tarp post on the blog you linked to on FB, well, er, uh, I don't have anything to say!!! Even rednecks need to do something with blue tarps outside tornado season!!
ReplyDeleteClassy find, Diane!!!
Hey there, I'm beyond 'redneck' cause I is a 'purpleneck'. Have a peaceful and positive Christmas.
ReplyDeleteKind wishes, Gary :-)
I just came over to wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2011 (its a new decade)!
